L'hôtel & Spa Oceania Lille Les Augustins****, idéalement placé en centre-ville à proximité de la gare Lille Flandres dans l’ancienne banque Scalbert-Dupont, recherche son Directeur pour animer son hôtel de 88 chambres avec Restaurant et Spa.

Description du poste

- Réaliser des soins du corps et du visage selon nos protocoles exclusifs.

- Offrir un accueil sur-mesure et un service d’exception.

- Conseiller la clientèle sur les soins et les produits adaptés.

- Veiller à l’harmonie du spa en garantissant un cadre impeccable et apaisant.

- Participer à la transmission des valeurs du Spa Oceania : excellence, sérénité et raffinement.

Profil recherché

- Diplôme minimum obligatoire : CAP esthétique ou CQP Spa Praticien ou equivalent

- Expérience en spa, institut ou établissement haut de gamme appréciée.

- Excellente présentation et sens aigu du détail.

- Maîtrise parfaite de l’accueil et du service personnalisé.

- Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable pour une clientèle internationale.
