Description du poste

▪ Accueillir les clients en service du matin ou du soir
▪  Vérifier les réservations, préparer les arrivées et les départs 
▪  Contrôler la facturation et encaisser
▪  Gérer le standard téléphonique. 
▪ Traiter les emails 
▪ Effectuer un suivi CARDEX après chaque départ.

 

Profil recherché

La fibre commerciale, un esprit méthodique et la maîtrise d'une ou de plusieurs langues étrangères (l'anglais est un minimum) se révèlent indispensables. La connaissance de l'outil informatique est également un plus.
