Groupe hôtelier breton indépendant, Oceania Hotels exploite un parc d’hôtels en France et poursuit sa transformation digitale (cloud, cybersécurité, standardisation IT). La DSI, à taille humaine, recherche un(e) Administrateur(trice) Systèmes, Réseaux & Sécurité pour renforcer son socle technique.

Description du poste

Rattaché(e) au DSI, vous intervenez comme référent(e) infrastructures & cybersécurité au sein du groupe. À ce titre, vous :

  • Administrez les serveurs, services d’infrastructure et environnements Azure AD / Microsoft 365.
  • Gérez les réseaux siège / hôtels : LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, Wi-Fi managé, filtrage et firewalls.
  • Pilotez au quotidien les dispositifs de sécurité (EDR, SOC managé, sécurité M365, MDM) et contribuez au durcissement des environnements.
  • Assurez le support niveau 2/3 auprès des techniciens support et des équipes hôtels sur les incidents complexes.
  • Contribuez à l’industrialisation : automatisation (scripts), standardisation des sites, documentation, indicateurs.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+3/5 en informatique, systèmes & réseaux ou cybersécurité.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en administration systèmes & réseaux, idéalement en environnement multi-sites / services.
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux Windows / Linux, réseaux (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, firewalling) et des environnements cloud Microsoft (Azure AD, M365, Intune).
  • Sens du service, rigueur, autonomie, goût pour l’amélioration continue et la cybersécurité opérationnelle.
